Being adept in managing the media interview rather than feeling managed by it is a skill that requires training and practice. Our media training services offer executives and senior management officials the tools to effectively communicate key messages about their business or organization even in crisis situations. Our team is comprised of three individuals with significant media training experience.
Earl Wells – President of e3communications.
Cindy Abbot Letro – Cindy Abbott is a media professional known for her expertise on consumer issues and lifestyle trends. With more than 20 years of broadcast experience in television and radio, she has worked as a news anchor, reporter, and talk show host. In Buffalo, she spent 10 years as the co-host of “AM BUFFALO” at WKBW-TV, followed by a stint as the co-anchor of WIVB-TV’s “WAKEUP” morning newscast.
During her years in broadcasting, she interviewed many national and international lifestyle icons. She has learned how to translate the latest trends into practical choices for audiences across the country. She has appeared on “CBS this Morning,” “Live with Regis,” CNBC’s “Steals and Deals,” the “Home” show, and QVC Shopping Network. She travels extensively, and is a frequent guest on local TV news and talk shows.
She was named one of America’s Outstanding Young Women and was twice selected as a regional finalist for a White House Fellowship. Cindy has recently traveled to China, Egypt, and Cuba on government-sponsored educational exchanges to promote cultural understanding.
James Gribbins – is owner of Gribbins Films. James has more than 20 years of experience as a film and video director with camera packages and grip-lighting equipment. He has filmed on behalf of the History Channel’s “Modern Marvels: The Erie Canal,” MTV’s “The Road Home: The Goo Goo Dolls” and “Rock and Roll Fantasy: Gloria Reuben,” and for Lifetime’s “Intimate Portrait: Natalie Merchant.”
James recently shot film and video for the I Love NY advertising campaign, VH1, The Learning Channel, the History Channel’s “Lost and Found,”and ABC News. In recent years he has shot for Warner Brothers, NBC News, CBS News, Fox Sports, HBO, PBS, TBN, American Presidents, and many others. While much of his work is commercial advertising and corporate films, he has also shot music videos, short films, and three feature films.
He has worked as a technician more than 30 major motion picture films including, Hoffa, The Shawshank Redemption, Lorenzo’s Oil, and many others.
